Fundraising, email, website, social and bank, side by side, with every metric labelled by source.
Decisions, not data wrangling
See what changed in plain English, with the numbers behind every insight, and act on it the same day.
Ready for any room
Team check-ins, leadership, funders or the board. One branded report, on schedule or on demand.
Ten tabs, no picture

Your charity’s story is scattered across ten tabs.

Fundraising lives in one tool. Email in another. Website and social somewhere else. So decisions get made on a hunch, the spreadsheet gets rebuilt for every meeting, and nobody can say with confidence how the year is really going.

NonprofitDash brings each source into one clear view, keeps every metric traceable and turns the latest results into answers your team, your leadership and your board can act on.

Built for teams running on 5, 7, sometimes 10 disconnected tools.
Reporting, handled

Every report, ready before the meeting.

Monthly board pack, weekly team digest or a live read-only link for funders and leadership. NonprofitDash builds a polished, branded PDF with an executive summary, headline KPIs, channel performance and clear definitions, so reporting stops being a project.

Decide with the numbers in front of you

Know what changed, and what to do about it.

NonprofitDash compares this month with last month, the same month last year and your financial year to date. It flags the movements that matter, cites the exact numbers and keeps the whole team looking at the same picture, whether the question is which appeal to repeat or where next quarter’s effort should go.

Strategy and planning

Know how the year is tracking before it ends.

Compare financial year to date with last year, month by month, across every channel. Spot the campaigns and channels pulling their weight early enough to shift budget, staff time and attention while it still counts.

  • FYTD versus prior FYTD, Australian financial year by default
  • Recurring versus one-off giving, so you can see the stable base
  • Custom date ranges for appeals, events and EOFY

Privacy-first by design

Your data stays in Australia. Donor details stay out.

NonprofitDash is hosted in Sydney and stores aggregate metrics wherever possible. In v1, it does not store donor names, email addresses or card data. Tokens stay encrypted, and every metric shows where it came from and when it last synced.

Questions, answered.

Does NonprofitDash replace our CRM?
No. NonprofitDash reads performance data from your CRM, fundraising platform and other tools. Your existing systems remain the source of record.
Will all our numbers be reconciled automatically?
Not in v1. Each connected source remains authoritative for its own metrics, and every number is clearly labelled by source. NonprofitDash does not perform donor identity matching or financial reconciliation.
Do you store donor details?
NonprofitDash stores aggregate metrics wherever possible. In v1, it does not store donor names, email addresses or postal addresses.
Can board members view the dashboard?
Yes. You can create a revocable, read-only link that does not require a login.
How quickly can we see our first insight?
The product target is under 15 minutes from signup to the first useful insight, depending on the connected source and available history.

See the whole organisation in one place, this week.

Connect your tools once. Run the team, plan the year and brief the board from the same set of numbers.
